The enquiry form
The form builds an email draft on your device using the name, company, email address and message you enter. The website code does not submit those fields to a website database. “Open email draft” asks your email app to open; you must send the email there. “Copy enquiry” places the text on your device’s clipboard.
If you send the email, its contents are transmitted through your email service to our mailbox. Do not include passwords, CVs, patient information or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
Enquiries and email
We use the contact details and message you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have requested. Our email is provided by Microsoft. Nagendra Aleri is currently the only person at FuturesAI who accesses enquiries, and we do not use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
How long we keep enquiries
For enquiries that do not become client engagements, our retention policy is to delete the correspondence 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We review these enquiries monthly and carry out deletion manually. This is not an automated mailbox-deletion feature. If particular correspondence is needed for a dispute or legal obligation, it may be retained for that purpose. Client agreements, invoices and project records are subject to separate retention requirements.
Deleting a message from our active mailbox may not immediately remove provider-held backups or recovery copies; the provider's applicable retention arrangements still need to be confirmed.
Marketing and CVs
We do not currently run email marketing campaigns or add people who enquire to a newsletter. We do not request or need real CVs for initial discussions or demonstrations. Please use fictional examples and do not send candidate information to our enquiry mailbox.
Website resources and tracking
The site uses system fonts. Its images, scripts and demo video are served from the website’s own origin. The site code contains no advertising pixels, analytics or session-replay integration and does not write enquiry content to cookies or local storage.
Hosting and delivery providers receive requests needed to serve the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. A security cookie was observed in a hosting response. Provider retention, processing locations and the complete cookie inventory have not yet been verified.
Product demonstration
The CVSift recording uses fictional candidates. Watching it does not upload a CV or open a live candidate-review account.

This technical website explanation is not yet the complete business privacy notice. The enquiry-handling details above reflect our current business arrangements. Provider contracts, backup retention, applicable lawful bases, international transfers and the hosting cookie inventory still require review before the complete business privacy notice can be finalised.
